and Ukrainian Adoption of Central Virginia FRUA/Central Virginia is a nonprofit Virginia corporation founded in 1995. The organization is dedicated to assisting families with adoption-related issues, providing a network for adoptive families, increasing public awareness of Eastern European adoption, preserving the heritage of our adopted children and providing relief efforts to those children who remain behind in the orphanages.
